Metadata specification

This reference separates three interfaces that are related but not interchangeable:

1. Entity specification — consumer-authored YAML describing persisted entities, fields, relations, and generation metadata.
2. Workspace specification — consumer-authored YAML describing navigation, pages, forms, tables, and actions.
3. Workspace contract v1 — generated JSON interface between backend workspace generation and frontend runtime consumption.

The property tables are generated from the repository’s canonical JSON Schemas. They describe structural constraints; prose, examples, and application semantics remain the responsibility of the maintained guides.
